the roto Office products Division of Schneider Airservice has taken over the worldwide sales business for roto Shredders from Hefter Officetech.GmbH starting September 2009. The cooperation with the Hefter Group continues as Hefter Systemform represents roto in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The new roto sales Company is based in the beautiful town of Ravensburg in the southern part of Germany close to the Lake of Konstanz and Austria as well as Switzerland. Any of you interested can see an english presentation in the internet under www.ravensburg.de. You are all very welcome to visit us in one of the most beautiful locations in Germany. The local Airport in Friedrichshafen, just a few miles away has good Airline connections. This you can see in the internet under www.fly-away.de.

roto is owned and managed by Dr. E. Leopold Dieck, whom most of you know personally and who has spent many years in the Shredder Industry. Dr. Dieck is also the major shareholder in the company Dalian Hongfeng roto Office Equipment Co. Ltd., in Dalian / China, that produces all of the professional shredders from the S300 on upwards. In Sales Dr. Dieck is assisted by Mrs. Simone Meeh de Urbina who is the responsible Sales Coordinator in the roto Office in Ravensburg.

The close cooperation between the roto Sales and the roto Production companies controlled by the same owner assures quality and service for the future. Our resident Engineer in Dalian, Mr. Hansjoachim ( Joe ) Stiemke is responsible for Quality Assurance and is at your disposal for any technical questions you may have.

The factory in Dalian has taken over most of the order processing work, so that we at roto Sales can concentrate on selling. This also means that you will have more direct contacts to the factory in Dalian and Mr. Philip Kwok who is a Shareholder and also the commercial Director.
